The house dates from around 1968 and the work of Manfred Bresgaens, who was working for Austin Vernon and Partners at the time. You will find it on Lings Coppice, an arrangement of properties arranged in U-shaped terraces with gardens that open onto communal landscaped areas, with space for pedestrians and cars kept separate from the actual housing.

Talking of the house, that’s split over two levels, with ‘atrium-style dining areas’ at the heart of the house. This one is far from an untouched property. Period details are still present and the layout faithful to the original design as far as we can see.

But the house has been renovated to what looks like a very high standard. The agent also mentions work carried out to the flat roof too, which is always nice to read.
